There might be a mistake in your recipe, it reads 12 second spray of Pam or another vegetable oil. Shouldn’t it read 1 to 2 second spray. 12 Seconds of spraying oil is going to be a lot of oil. I could be mistaken “just saying”

It sounds odd, but with that much to saute, 12 is about right. You could use a small amount of olive oil but the spray will cover the bottom of the pan easier. And, it’s easy to use too much oil. Bad on the calorie count.
